How It Works:
The Wood 22 system works by placing moisture-resistant 22mm V313 P5 chipboard boards either at a 90° angle to the joists or over an existing level deck. These boards are custom routed by our engineers to fit your space. Once the boards are in place, feed or supply pipes are either laid beneath the boards or routed directly into them. After creating any bespoke routes required, aluminium heat distribution plates and 16mm pipes are installed based on your custom layout.
By reducing the flow temperatures, the Wood 22 system ensures energy-efficient operation, particularly when paired with low-temperature heat sources like ASHPs and GSHPs. The result is even, cost-effective heating across your space, offering both comfort and savings.
